Last updated: March 2026By commissioning artwork from DeemeeArt, the Client automatically agrees to the Terms of Service outlined below.This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is between DeemeeArt (“the Artist”) and the individual purchasing a commission (“the Client”). By commissioning artwork from the Artist, the Client confirms they have read and agree to the following terms.1. PartiesArtist: DeemeeArt, the creator of the commissioned artwork.Client: The individual requesting and paying for the commission.This Agreement applies to commissions made through any platform or direct contact.2. General Terms* The Artist reserves the right to accept or decline any commission request.
* The Client must provide clear references and descriptions when submitting a request.
* Work begins only after payment is completed, unless otherwise agreed.
* The Artist may display commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, or promotional material.If the Client requires the artwork to remain private, this must be discussed before the commission begins.3. Commission ProcessTypical workflow:1. Client submits commission request
2. Artist confirms details and pricing
3. Payment is completed
4. Sketch phase
5. Client review and revisions
6. Final rendering
7. Final deliveryProgress updates may vary depending on workload.4. Commission Queue & WorkloadCommissions are typically completed in the order they are received unless:* a rush order is requested
* the commission type requires different workflow
* scheduling adjustments are necessaryThe Artist may work on multiple commissions simultaneously and cannot guarantee an exact completion date.The Client acknowledges that commissions may take days to several weeks depending on complexity and workload.5. Content RestrictionsThe Artist does not accept commissions involving:* NSFW or explicit sexual content
* Pornographic or fetish material
* Hate speech, discrimination, or extremist material
* Illegal content
* Inappropriate depictions involving minorsThe Artist reserves the right to decline requests that violate these restrictions or make them uncomfortable.6. Payment* Payment must be made in full upfront unless otherwise agreed.
* Accepted payment methods are listed on the Artist’s commission platform or page.
* Prices may vary depending on:* complexity

* commercial usageThe Artist reserves the right to adjust pricing before confirming the commission.7. Rush OrdersRush commissions may be accepted depending on availability.Rush orders may include an additional fee (typically 25–100%) depending on the deadline.The Artist reserves the right to decline rush requests.8. Revisions* Minor revisions may be requested during the sketch phase.
* Major changes after sketch approval may require additional fees.
* Requests that significantly alter the original concept may be treated as a new commission.The Artist may refuse excessive revision requests.9. Turnaround TimeCompletion times vary depending on complexity and workload.Typical turnaround ranges from a few days to several weeks.Delays may occur due to personal circumstances or workload. The Client will be informed if major delays occur.10. Refund PolicyRefunds depend on the progress of the commission:Before work begins:
Full refund available.During sketch phase:
Partial refund may be issued (commonly up to 50%).After line art or rendering begins:
Refunds are generally not available.If the Artist cancels the commission for any reason, the Client will receive a full refund.11. Payment Disputes & ChargebacksThe Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Artist to resolve the issue.If a chargeback or unauthorized dispute is filed:* The Client’s rights to use the artwork are immediately revoked
* The Client may be blacklisted from future commissions
* The Artist reserves the right to provide documentation of the agreement, communication, and work progress to the payment provider to dispute the chargeback.12. Client Usage RightsUnless otherwise agreed, commissions are for personal use only.The Client may:* use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, or wallpapers
* share the artwork online
* print the artwork for personal useWhen sharing the artwork publicly, the Client should credit DeemeeArt as the Artist whenever possible.The Client may not:* claim the artwork as their own
* sell or redistribute the artwork
* modify the artwork without permission
* use the artwork for commercial purposes
* use the artwork for NFTs or blockchain assets13. Artificial Intelligence & Dataset UseThe commissioned artwork may not be used for:* AI training datasets
* machine learning models
* image generation systems
* dataset scraping
* automated content generation toolsThis restriction applies to both the Client and any third party.The artwork may not be uploaded to platforms or services that collect images for AI training.14. Commercial UsageCommercial use is not included in the base commission price.Commercial usage includes but is not limited to:* merchandise
* monetized videos
* promotional material
* game assets
* branding or logosCommercial licensing must be discussed and purchased separately.15. Artist RightsThe Artist retains:* full copyright of the artwork
* the right to display the artwork in portfolios or social media
* the right to include the artwork in promotional material
* the right to refuse edits outside the agreed scope16. Client ConductThe Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission without refund if the Client engages in:* harassment
* abusive or disrespectful behavior
* repeated violation of these termsProfessional communication is expected from both parties.17. Communication & InactivityClients are expected to respond to messages or updates within a reasonable timeframe.If the Client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or more, the commission may be considered abandoned and closed without refund if work has already begun.18. AgreementBy commissioning artwork from DeemeeArt, the Client confirms that they:* have read and understood these Terms of Service
