MsPaint Pixel Art of your pet or anything in a weird style: 10$ (These are delivered within the hour)If you just provide references but let the entire artwork be done without client input, that is giving full creative freedom: Discount of 20$ on any price above.

I don't do NSFW but tasteful nudity ain't no problem.
